Sometimes we have so much to do. So many plans, packed schedules… perhaps you are driving the children from one activity to the next, juggling work, the household, your own projects…things get a bit out of hand. It’s easy to start to feel disconnected from our children, from ourselves. When we are constantly running through life, it’s nearly impossible to find time just for being!
This weekend, try to: Stop. Breathe. Prioritize time to BE. Take a few minutes to BE with yourself, and re-center. Then, think about connection, make time to be together as a family. Do something simple together, like eating a meal, playing a game or drawing pictures.
Peace & Be Well,
Ariadne
