What would happen if someone whispered “we do second chances!” right when you felt like setting a consequence because you just felt so angry?
What would happen if you could remember to “make time for laughter” right when your child seems to just want to goof around instead of putting on pajamas?
Not too long ago I was having a
crazy, I just want to scream challenging week and wrote myself a little reminder “choose love” and I taped it by the kitchen sink. Every time I was back in the kitchen the note made me pause, smile and often I choose a more positive path.
