It’s World Breastfeeding Week –  So I thought I would join in the celebration by sharing some pictures of me in a few places around the world – Breastfeeding my babies.

The  theme of WBW is “Talk to me! Breastfeeding in 3D”

So here is my attempt to talk to you about breastfeeding – from the heart and to promote that it’s natural and wonderful and totally OK!

I have breastfed for the last 5 years, three children, at home and when out and about in the United States, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

I breastfeed everywhere and firmly believe that all mothers should have the right to feed their child whenever and where-ever they are, at home, at a park, at a restaurant, anywhere.

Breastfeeding is not obscene. Breastfeeding is a gift to our children and it is perfectly natural to breastfeed near other children.

I figured out how to breastfeed using a baby carrier, so often I can breastfeed “on the go” pretty much unnoticed.  I totally recommend trying it.

Shaw’s supermarket, Millbury Public Library, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, University of Iowa Conference Center, Northbridge Public Library, Opel Zoo,IKEA, Stop and Shop, UNO’s, Barnes n Nobles, Monte Tamaro, Millbury Playground,  Grafton Playground, BYFN, Malpensa Airport, Migros, Oesteria Del Theatro,Rhein-Main International Airport, Phoenix Zoo, Target, Babies R US, Toom Markt, Phillip Reis Passage, Oxford Library, Milford Hospital, Long Horns Restaurant, MOMS Club, Vacallo Playground, Phoenix Airport, Adventure Playground, PlayTown Express, Bennett…and it goes on and on…
